The Opportunity
We\’re looking for a confident, organised, and professional Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to join the team at Melton Foods. You\’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and provide vital admin support to our People Team and Site Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors, managing the front desk, and liaising with security
- Answering calls, emails, and handling post
- Supporting with HR admin: new starter folders, birthday celebrations, recognition awards
- Managing stationery supplies, pool car bookings, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with celebration events and general People Team coordination
- Keeping reception tidy, organised, and always professional
