What’s the job all about? Responsibilities include:
- Lead the people in the department or line to become a motivated and engaged team, through the organization of job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews within the correct timelines, staff training, coaching, appropriate delegation, and regular communication of team performance.
- Proactively take on personal responsibility and accountability to support Line Manager and cover for Line Manager when unavailable.
- Act as champions for health.
