- Working along the New Product Development critical path, trialling new products and meeting a launch deadline.
- Ensure the correct testing is done through the critical path process to meet food safety and legislative requirements and meeting the high quality standards that we deliver
- Guide other teams who are working on new product development to ensure processes are followed and are efficient
- Make sure that the ingredients that go into our products are checked against quality and HACCP requirements, raising any concerns and supporting in finding solutions
- Ensure paperwork and packaging are all to a high standard and meet all of the necessary legislation, customer expectations and internal standards
What you will need
- Degree or Equivalent in Food Science is desirable
- An understanding of food safety and the basic food manufacturing process is essential
- A solution focused approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
