The Opportunity

Join Walkers Deli & Sausage Co. and play a key role in bringing innovative food products from concept to launch!

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Process Development Technologist to join our Technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of product innovation, ensuring new products are developed and launched to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Lead and manage factory trials, ensuring all materials, documentation, and procedures are in place.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches.
• Maintain and update technical documentation including BOMs, QAS, and trial specifications.
• Ensure compliance with customer Codes of Practice and internal quality standards.
• Support pre-production and post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.
