As a People administrator you will provide proactive, accurate and flexible administrative support across the full lifecycle. As the first point of contact for People related queries, you will ensure a timely response to queries. You will maintain high quality data to support people plans. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who is looking to develop a career in HR, or for an experienced HR Administrator seeking their next challenge.
Full Time or Part Time (28+ hours per week) - weekday Working Required (Including Monday Mornings)
Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage all administrative aspects of the colleague lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, leavers and contract/documentation production.
- As the first point of contact for People‑related queries, you will ensure a timely and accurate response or onward referral to the appropriate colleague.
- Producing and maintaining People data and key metrics to support decision‑making and People planning is important in this role.
- You will support People colleagues and line managers in delivering the Culture Framework and colleague experience expectations.
- Ensuring People administration processes are efficient, accurate and compliant, acting as the go‑to person for People‑related data and information.
- You will also contribute to People projects and business initiatives, representing the People Team positively.
About You

- You will need prior administrative experience, ideally within a People/HR setting.
- Having experience supporting lifecycle admin such as onboarding and contractual changes.
- You will be comfortable using People systems, workflows and shared mailboxes.
- Having experience producing People‑related data or reporting is beneficial.
- If you have knowledge of People policies and processes, or willingness to learn quickly that would be an advantage.
