About The Role

So what’s the job all about? They are responsible for conducting inductions for all new starters to the business and delivering all SOP/SSOW training across all bakery’s operational areas. They respond to requests and conduct competency assessments and sign off for process training for all colleagues. They deliver amendment training because of changes to procedures and support to new starters to assist their transition into the business.
