About The RoleWe are looking for an accomplished and inspiring leader to join Kettleby Foods as Operations Manager. Reporting to the Site Director, this role offers the opportunity to lead a significant manufacturing operation, driving performance across safety, quality, service, cost and people. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the operation, delivering operational excellence and building the capability needed to achieve long-term success. Lead the site's Health, Safety and Environmental agenda, ensuring a safe working environment and strong compliance culture. Deliver performance across key operational measures including quality, service, efficiency, waste, yield and cost. Champion Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, embedding best practice and driving sustainable performance improvements. Work closely with NPD, Process Development and Commercial teams to support innovation and the successful launch of new products. Identify, prioritise and deliver capital projects that enhance capability, efficiency and performance. Experience leading manufacturing teams within a fast-paced chilled food environment. Experience managing customer compliance and delivering against customer expectations. A coaching leadership style and a genuine passion for developing capability and talent. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the impact operational decisions have on business performance.
