About The Role

Are you an Executive Assistant (EA), used to working in a varied and fast paced role? You will provide high level assistance to members of the Group Executive Board (GEB) and play a key part in the EA team. Your work will help to deliver seamless, professional support at an executive level. This role offers a great opportunity to use your organisational and collaboration skills whilst delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage confidential calendars, inboxes, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and schedule meetings and events to make the best use of time.
  • Support high‑level projects and complete a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Anticipate needs and plan several steps ahead.
  • Prepare meeting packs and ensure the Group Board team is fully ready for all meetings and appointments.

  • Bring previous administrative experience as an Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders.

  • Show confidence using the full Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneNote, OneDrive) and video‑conferencing tools.
  • Produce clear, well‑structured slide decks and reports.
  • Contribute accurate meeting minutes (including from audio dictation) and support established governance processes.
