The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and commercially focused Assistant Marketing Manager to help bring our brands to life. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in activating our marketing strategy across digital, social, e-commerce, PR and events. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity for YOPPS, while supporting key campaigns for Dickinson & Morris, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful, engaging campaigns that drive brand growth and sales.

  • Lead the execution of the YOPPS annual marketing plan, supporting brand and commercial objectives
  • Manage and deliver engaging social media content, including planning, copywriting, publishing and community management
  • Oversee website performance and e-commerce activity (Shopify), optimising user journey and driving conversion
  • Plan and execute email campaigns and build customer engagement through database growth and segmentation
  • Support campaign delivery, PR, NPD launches and events, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
