The Opportunity
12 months Fixed Term Contract
In this role as a Planner, you\’ll play a vital part in ensuring materials and packaging are available to meet production demand. Your role will involve effective ordering, inventory control, supplier engagement, and cross-functional communication to drive performance and efficiency across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily system updates and ensure accurate order placement with suppliers.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to maintain service levels.
- Place orders and schedule deliveries in line with production plans.
- Review NPD and promotional activity to ensure material readiness and stock management.
- Maintain and update planning systems and Excel stock boards.
- Use KPIs to optimise stock levels, reduce waste, and prevent redundant stock.
