Job Responsibilities:
- Work to a production plan of what is required that day, prepare and process fills in accordance with specification sheets and company standards.
- The role includes operating the machinery in the butchery area (Mincer, Mixer, Dicer).
- Collect meat from chiller, check tag details (species, supplier codes, date codes), complete traceability paperwork and physically check the products at every process check.
- Conduct various checks such as product temperature, use by dates, visual quality, packaging conditions for all stock, and put stock away into chillers and freezers and manage stock rotation.
