In this Site Director role, you will own the day-to-day operation and strategic direction of a major manufacturing site within Samworth Brothers. You will lead a cross-functional leadership team to deliver operational excellence, sustainable growth, and top-tier customer performance. You’ll shape long-term plans, drive capital and efficiency improvements, and ensure safety and wellbeing across the site. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the site's operational strategy aligned with broader business goals
- Build and nurture a high-performing, cross-functional leadership team

- Define and implement capital investment, capacity, and efficiency improvements
- Maintain highest Health, Safety, Environment, and employee wellbeing standards
