Samworth Brothers is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader for our Oak Meadow, Leicester payroll team.
You will lead the weekly and monthly payroll processing across the Group, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, while supporting the Payroll Administrators and coordinating pension schemes.
You will work closely with the Group Payroll Manager to drive best practices and deliver high-quality payroll services, maintaining strong data integrity and stakeholder service levels.
