About The Role

As an Intake Team Leader, you will lead a team that receives and checks goods for our food production site. You will make sure deliveries are checked, stored, and handled safely. You will support your team and help make sure production has the stock it needs, when it needs it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Intake team during each shift
  • Check deliveries and make sure goods are received correctly
  • Make sure stock is stored in the right place and kept in good condition
  • Check stock levels and report any issues or shortages
  • Make sure delivery records and stock checks are completed
  • Work with Production, Despatch, and other teams to meet daily needs
  • Make sure food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rules are followed
  • Train and support team members to help them do their role well

  • Experience in food production, intake, or a warehouse role
