So what’s the job all about? Be able to hand weigh toppings onto pies and pour jelly in accordance with specification. Once complete, be able to move the tray back into the rack. Responsible for moving loaded trays with product off racks, placing them in the basket. Remove empty trays from the conveyer and feed sideways into the tray wash. Feed wire trays into the JOM machine and the jellied pies are transferred onto the trays. Take a full tray of pies off the belt, and transfer onto a dolly, stack the trays when full transfer to a chiller.
