Responsibilities
- Weigh and portion meat muscles to a specific, targeted weight.
- Arrange meat muscles in a precise order before loading them into the inox machine.
- Load tubes at the netting station.
- Change over tubes in the inox machines as required.
- Transport and stage all necessary packaging and stock for each production run.
- Maintain and uphold all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards throughout the production process.
