The Opportunity
FTC - 12 Months. As a key member of the business leadership community, you’ll act as a trusted strategic partner—supporting leaders, influencing decision‑making, and championing the colleague experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic partnering - Building strong relationships with Commercial and Hub stakeholders.
- Shaping and delivering People plans aligned with business priorities.
- Supporting annual colleague surveys and driving meaningful action plans.
- Supporting leaders with talent mapping, succession planning, and development conversations.
- Coaching leaders and providing expert guidance on People matters.
- Using People data and analytics to inform priorities, identify trends, and influence improvements.
