Are you ready for a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Materials Manager to take ownership of materials strategy and execution across a complex, multi-factory operation. This is a critical position ensuring material availability for short shelf-life products, supporting new product launches, and driving efficiency while reducing working capital and waste. You’ll lead a small team of 4 and work closely with Innovation, R&D, Finance, Planning, and Central Procurement teams to deliver outstanding results.

  • Lead and execute materials strategy to ensure timely availability of raw materials across multiple sites.
  • Provide hands-on support within factory environments to resolve material issues in real time.
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of four materials specialists.
  • Control material-related financials including accruals, variances and working capital.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, R&D and Innovation teams to support production plans and new product launches.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
