About The RoleAs a QA Manager, you help make sure the food we produce is safe, legal and high quality every day. You lead the Quality Assurance team and oversee quality systems across the site. Lead and manage the QA team across site operations. Act as the main point of contact for food safety and quality matters. Ensure quality systems meet customer, legal and company standards. Work closely with Operations to maintain strong quality and hygiene practices. Investigate quality, micro or process issues and agree clear outcomes. Support audits, inspections and customer visits. Help develop and maintain HACCP and food safety systems. Train, coach and develop QA colleagues and auditors. You will have experience in a QA or technical role within food manufacturing. Bringing a good understanding of food safety, quality systems and audits.
