The Opportunity
Join our People Team and make a real impact on colleague engagement and communication! We’re looking for an Engagement Specialist to lead internal communications and drive engagement initiatives across our site.
- Deliver engaging internal communications through newsletters, team briefs, noticeboards, and social media.
- Organise and manage site events such as long-service awards, Christmas activities, and celebration days.
- Lead charity and social activities, promoting our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda.
- Maintain and enhance communication channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
- Drive employee recognition initiatives and support project communications for key business updates.
The Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in internal communications (essential).
