Responsibilities

  • You will be customer facing and offer a full customer service by checking availability, processing returned stock and carrying out merchandising where necessary.
  • Full training will be provided so that you can serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers and manage all customer enquiries in a professional manner.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that you have a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high‑quality image.
  • Use the IT systems to keep information up to date.
