What’s the job all about?
- Lead the department or line team to become motivated and engaged through organizing job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews, staff training, coaching, delegation, and communicating team performance regularly.
- Support the Line Manager proactively, taking responsibility and covering when needed.
- Champion health & safety and uphold Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
