Job Description
As a Process Manager, you help production run safely, smoothly and efficiently every day. You lead manufacturing processes on site, making sure work is done the right way and standards are met at all times. You work closely with Operations, Technical, Engineering and Quality teams to improve performance, reduce waste and support people on the shop floor. You play a key role in building a positive, well-organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all site-based process development activities.
- Manage product launches and reformulation projects from handover through to launch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing clear communication throughout the development process.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and maintained.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, QA, Purchasing and NPD teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Lead projects involving changes to processes, equipment or raw materials.
- Manage, coach and develop the Process Development team, supporting performance, training and resource planning.
