As an Engineering Administrator, you help keep the Engineering team running smoothly. You support everything from maintenance systems and contractor coordination to budgets and daily organisation. Your role makes sure the team has the right information, systems, and support to deliver great performance and keep the site safe and audit‑ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) up to date so planning and reporting are accurate.
  • Schedule labour and order parts to support planned maintenance and project work.
  • Help deliver small projects and CAPEX work by processing orders and working with contractors.
  • Manage the filing and documentation needed for all CAPEX submissions.
  • Work closely with engineering, planning, and procurement teams to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
