What You\’ll Do

  • Working on current innovation and strategy workstreams through liaison with the chefs, new product development team and the rest of the business
  • Leading the new product development meetings and feasibilities, preparing handovers for relevant categories
  • Ensuring that all products have been costed and deliver target margins and are approved internally prior to presentation to customer
  • Supporting the process development team by making sure that projects follow the Gate process and match the concept signed off by the customer/business
  • Understanding the customer in terms of their new product development strategies, procedures and structures

What You Will Need

  • Degree or Equivalent in Food Science is desirable
  • Work experience within a relevant field
  • Project Management experience
  • Good basic culinary knowledge and able to keep up to date with market trends
  • Strong computer based skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
