What You\’ll Do
- Working on current innovation and strategy workstreams through liaison with the chefs, new product development team and the rest of the business
- Leading the new product development meetings and feasibilities, preparing handovers for relevant categories
- Ensuring that all products have been costed and deliver target margins and are approved internally prior to presentation to customer
- Supporting the process development team by making sure that projects follow the Gate process and match the concept signed off by the customer/business
- Understanding the customer in terms of their new product development strategies, procedures and structures
What You Will Need
- Degree or Equivalent in Food Science is desirable
- Work experience within a relevant field
- Project Management experience
- Good basic culinary knowledge and able to keep up to date with market trends
- Strong computer based skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
