Opportunity
As a Continuous Improvement Co‑ordinator you will work closely with managers and front‑line teams to deliver CI projects that make a real impact. You will combine strong data capabilities with natural charisma to uncover insights, demonstrate where issues lie and coach colleagues to develop their own solutions. From process optimisation and coaching to driving cultural change aligned with our Manufacturing Excellence strategy, this role is for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, teamwork and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support continuous improvement (CI) projects aligned to strategic goals.
- Coach and support colleagues in adopting new behaviours and embedding lean tools.
- Analyse production data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and lead multi‑functional improvement teams across value streams.
- Ensure CI initiatives align with health & safety, food safety and quality standards.
The Ideal Candidate
- CI project experience within a manufacturing (preferably food) environment.
- Practical knowledge of lean principles, with qualifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
- Strong coaching, influencing and communication skills.
- Excellent data analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
- IT literate and confident with Microsoft Office and CMMS tools.
