Would you like to join us as a Skilled Preparation Operator? You will work as part of the Preparation team. You will help prepare and handle ingredients and products for the production lines. You will follow set processes to make sure ingredients are prepared safely and to the right quality standard. Teamwork, food safety, and attention to detail are key parts of the role. This is a physical role. It involves regular manual handling, including pushing and pulling loads of up to 250kg and lifting loads of up to 25kg.,
Skilled Production Operator (Preparation)
- Prepare ingredients for production
- Collect ingredients and materials from the correct storage areas
- Follow recipes, work instructions, and set processes
- Weigh and prepare ingredients to the correct specification
- Move ingredients and products safely around the Prep area
- Load and unload trays, containers, and equipment as needed
- Complete paperwork and records clearly and accurately when needed
- Follow strict rules of stock rotation, food safety, hygiene and health and safety rules
- Support other tasks in the Preparation area when needed
