What You’ll Do
Role – This is a 12 month fixed‑term contract. As a People Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:
- Supporting the People Team with the whole employee lifecycle in a proactive and reactive way.
- General administration tasks – gathering information, note taking, booking meetings and rooms and updating records.
- Being the first point of contact in the team to resolve colleague enquiries or direct these to the right team member.
- Administration of People Portal records to keep colleague data and payroll information up to date.
- Supporting new starters so that they have a great induction and first few weeks as they learn their new role and all about us.
What You Will Need
- Experience within a similar role either within an HR team or in a busy administrative position.
- Confidence on systems including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience of using an HR system would be an advantage but it is not essential.
- The ability to learn new systems will help.
- A relevant qualification either within HR or Business Administration would be an advantage.
