The Cornwall Bakery is looking for a motivated Health & Safety Technician to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of safety for our colleagues and operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting the H&S Manager in the day-to-day running of our safety management system:
- Investigating incidents and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Conducting audits and inspections across key risk areas
- Coaching and supporting managers and team leaders to uphold safety standards
- Promoting a culture of continuous safety improvement across the site
- Assisting in training and onboarding, including inductions and contractor controls
- Deputising for the H&S Manager when needed
