The Opportunity

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning processes for the site.
  • Drive continuous improvement through financial analysis of major site initiatives.
  • Support and challenge overhead and labour control via structured monthly reviews.
  • Partner on capital investment planning and post-implementation reviews.
  • Provide financial leadership for integration projects and ad-hoc performance analysis.
