Responsibilities:
- Coordinates loading and picking activity to meet defined outload times, ensuring distribution costs are minimised.
- Adjust manning according to throughput from bakeries and customer orders, ensure bakeries and despatch adhere to SLAs.
- Record and comply KPI data, accurately enters data into the system on stock movements.
