Opportunity
In this role you will: -
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that products are made safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and supervise production staff during shifts, allocate tasks and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
- Ensure production targets and schedules are met, support shift planning and smooth handovers between teams.
- Report production results to operations or production managers, communicate issues affecting production.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of food safety standards.
- Supervising and motivating a team.
- Managing performance and resolving conflicts.
- Communicating with production managers, quality teams, and warehouse staff.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
