We\\\’re looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Area Manager to lead operations at our Trafford Park site. This is a key leadership role where you\\\’ll oversee equipment, processes, and people, ensuring excellence across Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production lines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coach and develop your team, conducting training and performance reviews
- Investigate incidents and implement preventative measures
- Ensure production plans are met and products are delivered to specification
- Monitor costs, labour, and waste to meet budgetary targets
