The Opportunity
Responsibilities: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food manufacturing and operational excellence? Join Walkers Deli and Sausage, part of the Samworth Brothers family, as a Shift/Area Manager in our 123 Packing & Despatch department. As a Shift/Area Manager, you’ll lead multiple teams across a production shift, ensuring that production plans are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading with integrity and fostering a values-driven culture
- Managing health & safety, food safety, and operational performance
- Driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency
- Developing and empowering your team to reach their full potential
- Collaborating across departments to meet business goals
