As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal part in improving equipment reliability, reducing waste, and driving efficiency across the site. Working closely with Engineering, Process, and Operations teams, you’ll influence ways of working, optimise manufacturing performance, and support the delivery of key KPIs. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse performance using daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and present improvement insights
  • Lead and support root‑cause investigations into chronic and repeat downtime issues
  • Prepare the site for internal/external food safety and engineering compliance audits
  • Partner with the Process team to validate and optimise equipment operation
  • Support development of robust URS documentation for new processes
  • Identify and deliver efficiency improvements that reduce cost, increase throughput or improve labour utilisation
