The Opportunity
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in your area, ensuring efficiency and alignment with overall shift objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
Key responsibilities include:
- analysing and improving operational procedures
- ensuring compliance with industry regulations

- Experience in Managing Health and Safety in Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in a fast-moving chilled or frozen food warehouse operation.
- Experience in Managing people.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Capable with Microsoft office applications.
- IOSH Managing Safely
- HACCP Level 2
- Qualification in People Management and Leadership.
