The Opportunity
Are you detail-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about food safety and quality? We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Technical team and help maintain high standards across our chilled food operations.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain internal audit schedules and traceability tests
- Monitor and manage customer retail systems and alerts
- Analyse and report on technical KPIs using PowerBI
- Investigate customer complaints and support reduction plans
- Ensure nutritional testing and compliance are up to date
- Support external audits and technical documentation updates
