Responsibilities
- They are responsible for the line set up at the start of production, weight checks, product measurements and foreign body management.
- Our Production Operators make adjustments to the lines to ensure quality standards are met constantly. They manage their line efficiency – planned vs actual run rate.
- They collect pastry waste and send it for rework.
