What’s the job all about?
- Complete set-up and start-up checks of the machines, review the daily production schedule, and ensure the correct quantities of materials are available to meet production needs.
- Provide guidance to production operatives on the line and work closely with the Team Leader to manage line performance.
- Ensure product quality is monitored throughout the shift, fill out relevant paperwork, and perform CCP checks on the lines.
