The Opportunity
Supporting the SHE Manager, you’ll ensure our SHE Management System runs smoothly, lead and support audits and inspections, and coach managers to uphold safety standards across the site. This role includes dedicated support for Night Shift production operations, ensuring consistent SHE coverage across all hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and hazards to identify root causes
- Conduct audits and inspections, recommending improvements
- Collaborate with Occupational Health and People Teams to manage health risks
- Maintain the Site Risk Register and support risk assessments
- Ensure 100% compliance with SHE training across all levels
- Help implement the site’s Health & Safety plan and embed standards set by the Group H&S Team

- Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage workload independently
