Responsibilities

  • Ensure that any documentation/paperwork completed is legible, clear, and accurate.
  • Daily use of machinery, booking of all transformed ingredients following system process and standard operating procedures to accurately label and provide full item/batch traceability.
  • Collecting ingredients from storage areas – Chills, Ambient and freezer.
