Are you a motivated leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? The Cornwall Bakery is looking for an Area Manager to lead production and packing teams in delivering top-quality products with efficiency, safety, and pride.
- Lead a team of 50+ staff across production and packing, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality goods.
- Own the full operation on your shift — production, personnel, safety, cost, and quality.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team development.
- Oversee training, recruitment, performance management, and internal communications.
- Deliver on KPIs, cost control, customer service levels, and product launches.
