We're looking for a commercially minded Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst to help turn data into insights that drive profitability, strengthen decision-making and support the future growth of the brand. As an RGM Analyst, you'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Category teams to identify opportunities that improve revenue, margin and commercial performance. You'll analyse pricing, promotions, product performance and customer profitability, translating complex data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

  • Analyse pricing, promotions and product performance to identify opportunities for profitable growth.
  • Build and maintain reporting, dashboards and commercial analysis using internal and external data sources.
  • Evaluate promotional activity and provide recommendations to improve return on investment.
  • Support customer profitability analysis and commercial planning through robust modelling and insight.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Category teams to provide data-driven recommendations that influence decision making.

  • Experience working in an analytical role within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Commercial Finance, Category, Insight or Revenue Growth Management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, modelling and reporting.
  • Experience using Power BI to develop dashboards and visualise data.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, promotions, category performance or customer profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
