About The Role

We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People Team and play a pivotal role in driving business performance through exceptional people leadership. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, shaping and delivering people strategies that support organisational goals, create high‑performing teams, and enhance the colleague experience.

As a strategic business partner, you will use people insights, data, and commercial understanding to influence decision‑making, lead change initiatives, develop talent, and ensure people remain at the heart of every business decision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to enable people plans and business priorities.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, in a fair and consistent way.
  • Coach managers to address performance, absence, wellbeing and capability conversations.
  • Help deliver change, restructures and organisational updates when needed.
  • Use people data and insights to spot trends and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives across the site.
  • Ensure people processes follow company policy and employment law.
  • Work closely with recruitment, learning and reward teams to deliver joined‑up progress.
  • Coach and build confidence in managers to handle people matters well.

About You

  • You will have experience of working at a People Partner level, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
  • Having a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • You will have a strong knowledge of employment law and experience of managing complex casework.
  • Experience of a coaching approach with managers to empower them.
  • With a calm, practical approach to problem solving.
  • Having strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
