About The Role

You will be customer facing and offer full customer services by checking availability, processing returned stock and carrying out merchandising where necessary. Full training will be provided so that you can serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers and manage all customer enquiries in a professional manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that you have a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high-quality image. Use the IT systems to keep information up to date.
