In this 12 month fixed term role, you will play a key part in shaping and developing the job role frameworks for operational and professional career pathways. You will be working with L & D to create and map training and development to enable both compliance and colleague stretch as part of our commitment to Talent and Succession. The role will also support the implementation of this data and information in a new learning management system to embed ways of working and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain job role frameworks and career pathways: Lead the facilitation, alignment, and updating of role profiles and pathways across operational and professional functions, partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain on-system frameworks and workflows to reflect and support these job architectures and ways of working.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and senior teams, which is both commercially astute and aligned with our group values and ways of working.
- Use people and business data (MI) to guide decisions, demonstrate ROI, and provide insights that improve outcomes for both the business and our people.
- Represent the Digital Learning Project and Career Pathways at senior meetings and forums, using your voice to influence people strategies, provide updates, and align local actions with group-wide goals.
