As a Senior Category Manager, you’ll own the category management process, using insight and data to create compelling strategies and tactical plans. From pricing and promotions to merchandising, e‑commerce, and NPD propositions, you’ll ensure our brands and products outperform the market. You’ll also lead and mentor a team, championing a consumer‑led culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customer category plans aligned with category vision and business objectives.
  • Use market, shopper, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and influence retailer strategies.
  • Own point‑of‑purchase metrics and create tactical plans for pricing, promotions, merchandising, and activation.
  • Lead projects from research and concept through to in‑store activation and customer communication.
  • Build strong relationships with retailer stakeholders to become their go‑to category expert.
  • Line manage and mentor category managers and executives, supporting team development.
  • Champion the voice of the consumer and shopper across the business.

  • Excellent data interpretation skills (EPOS, Kantar, Mintel) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
