This is a 12 month fixed term contract. As a People Administrator, you will be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:

  • Supporting the People Team with the whole employee lifecycle in a proactive and reactive way.
  • General administration tasks including gathering information, note taking, booking meetings and rooms, and updating records.
  • Being the first point of contact in the team to resolve colleague enquiries or direct these to the right team member.
  • Administration of People Portal records to keep colleague data and payroll information up to date.
  • Supporting with new starters so that they have a great induction and first few weeks as they learn their new role and all about us!

Your work as a People Administrator will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food.

For the People Administrator role, we are looking for the following key skills and experience:

  • Experience within a similar role either within a HR team or in a busy administrative position.
  • Confident on systems including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience of using an HR system would be an advantage but it is not essential. The ability to learn new systems will help.
  • A relevant qualification either within HR or Business Administration would be an advantage.
