As Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with operational and commercial leaders to embed strong financial disciplines, improve understanding of site performance and support continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, influential role requiring strong analytical capability and the confidence to challenge and influence at senior level. This is a high-profile role sitting on the Site Management Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Operations Finance, with a strong dotted line into the Site Director. You’ll be a true business partner to operations, providing financial insight, challenge and leadership to drive sustainable performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and challenge budgeting, forecasting and period-end processes for the site
- Act as a key financial business partner to the Site Leadership Team
- Drive cost control across overheads, labour and manufacturing performance
- Support and challenge product costing and standards in partnership with Commercial Finance
- Lead and support business improvement initiatives and key site projects
- Develop and lead a small on-site finance team
